Annual Meeting 2009

The 2009 Annual Parochial Church Meeting

will take place on 

Palm Sunday, April 5th, 2009, in All Hallows Church Hall,

 beginning at 11.30 am

Please note: the meeting is open to the public.  If you would like a copy of the 2008 Annual Report please email.

Members on the Electoral Roll of the parish may speak and vote.  Other people may speak at the meeting with the permission of the chair.

The business of the meeting is

• the election of Church Wardens

• The election of deanery Synod Representatives

• the election of members of Ordsall Parochial Church Council

• The meeting will receive and may debate the Annual Report and Accounts, and shall appoint independent examiners of the accounts.  

• Any other matter relating to the life and activity of Ordsall parish may be raised and discussed at the meeting.
